Rule 41
Home Vacation
(1) The employee will get home leave at the rate of one day for twelve days of the working period.
(2) For the purposes of this rule, the term "worked period" shall mean the vacation leave, festival leave, temporary leave, sick leave, maternity leave, maternity leave, maternity leave and public leave taken within that period.
(3) Employees will get full salary while on home leave.
(4) Employees will be allowed to accumulate up to one hundred and eighty days of home leave they have earned.
(5) If the employee is separated from the service for any reason, he will be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment for his accumulated home leave at the rate of salary from the position he is entitled to.
(6) If the employee dies before receiving the accumulated home leave amount, the person as per sub-rule (2) of Rule 92 shall be entitled to receive such accumulated home leave amount as a lump sum.
(7) An employee who is on home leave, study leave or extraordinary leave will not get home leave for that period.
(8) When an employee takes at least seven days of home leave once a year and returns home to the secretariat after paying the home leave, he will be entitled to travel time at the rate of one day at the rate of eight kosh for walking and the same number of days required for motor, train and airplane travel. .
(9) If an employee takes more home leave than the number of days to be accumulated according to sub-rule (4), the amount due to the salary deducted from the position he is entitled to for such leave will be made available to him in one lump sum within the current financial year.
