Section 22
Wounds should be examined

(1) If the concerned person requests to be examined for wounds, bruises, bruises, bruises, etc. due to beatings, or in writing from the investigating officer, the government doctor or health worker shall examine his wounds, injuries, bruises, bruises, etc. in the format as per Schedule-16. Check should be done.
(2) Except as stated in sub-section (1), if the person who is detained in connection with the investigation has been beaten, tortured or any other crime has been committed against him, if he or someone else on his behalf has submitted a request, the government doctor or Nepal The government may order a physical examination of such a person by a doctor or health worker appointed by the government.
(3) Even during the physical examination according to sub-section (2), the wound mentioned in sub-section (1) should be examined.
(4) The test report according to Sections 20, 21 and this Section shall be provided by the concerned doctor, specialist or laboratory to the concerned office or investigation officer within a maximum of three days from the date of such test, excluding the travel period.
(5) If it is found that a person detained in accordance with sub-section (2) has been beaten or tortured, the court shall direct the concerned police office or the relevant police office to provide interim relief by providing treatment to the person who has been so beaten or tortured and to take departmental action against the person who has been beaten or tortured in such a manner. An order should be given to the authorized office or officer to conduct the investigation.
(6) According to sub-section (1), if the investigation officer does not send a written request to the government doctor or health worker to examine the hay, the concerned person may file an application with the court stating the case and if such an application is received, the court may order the government doctor or health worker to examine the hay.
