Rule 30
Goods going to Chaupaya or Sadigali can be auctioned
30. Chowpaya or Sadigli goods can be auctioned :
(1) The custodian may immediately auction the Sadigli goods and Chowpaya seized or seized in connection with the offense punishable under the Act.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the proceeds from the auction shall be tied up in the bond account as determined when the case is settled.
