In the event that any subpoena cannot be complied with in accordance with Section 61, the court may subpoena the proceedings of such subpoena by publishing it in a national level daily newspaper owned by the Government of Nepal or by broadcasting it through electronic media.
(2) If a notice is published or broadcast under sub-section (1), such notice shall be deemed to have been duly served.
