: The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make the following arrangements:-
(a) In a specific type of business or in business with foreign countries, to allow the use of any system other than the metric system, even if there is no test of measuring weight or weighing device, until it is certified,
(b) allowing a particular type of measuring or weighing instrument to be put into use only after it has been checked, and
(c) No specific type of measuring or weighing device should be checked.
