31. Land should not be registered :

(1) No one shall occupy any land within the park and register or cause it to be registered in any way. If someone registers land contrary to this rule, such registration will automatically be cancelled.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before the land is declared as a national park, if someone illegally registers it without the approval of the Government of Nepal, such registration shall be deemed to be automatically canceled from the date of the declaration of the national park, and the national park office shall send a written notice to the relevant land office to indicate the matter in the records. Within seven days of receipt of such written notice, the Malport Office shall record the same and inform the Park Office.
