Section 26D2
Allotment of land
If there is no request from the land owner or any of the Mohi to distribute the land within the time limit as per section 26D1, the designated officer will distribute the land that has been engrossed subject to the arrangements mentioned in other sections of this Act after understanding Fantwari No. 7 and the available evidence.
