Article 275
Referendum Provisions
: (1) If it is decided by a majority of two-thirds of the total number of members present in the Federal Parliament that it is necessary to decide on a matter of national importance through a referendum, a decision on such matter can be taken through a referendum.
(2) Referendum and other provisions related thereto shall be in accordance with the federal law.
