(1) The Ministry shall periodically study and make public the details of adverse effects and risks caused by climate change to local communities, ecological systems and biological diversity as prescribed.
(2) On the basis of the study conducted in accordance with sub-section (1), the Ministry shall from time to time make public the necessary information regarding the measures to be taken to mitigate the adverse effects or risks caused by climate change while formulating development projects to be implemented by the Government of Nepal, the Provincial Government and the local level.
(3) Based on the information made public according to sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal, the provincial government and the local level can determine the priority of developing development projects.
