Section 24A

Confiscation of land acquired under false pretenses or against the rules

(1) If it is believed that any land confiscated under this Act or received by the Government of Nepal has been sold and distributed under false pretenses or against the rules under this Act, the Government of Nepal shall, through any officer, require the land to be confiscated. Can be investigated.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if it is found that any land has been sold and distributed against the rules under this Act, the Government of Nepal may confiscate such land and cause it to be re-sold and distributed as prescribed.
