Transfer and posting up to the rank of soldier will be from the Commander-in-Chief. Above that, the temporary transfer and posting of up to 6 months of the work done by Deputy Rathi will be done by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Defense and in all other cases by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commander-in-Chief.
