In these rules unless the subject or context requires otherwise–
(a) "Technical post" means the post of Nepal Army designated by the Government of Nepal.
(b) "Nomination Committee" means the Committee constituted under Rule 4.
(c) "Principal Staff Officer" means business related and a. hey Qua. should be considered as the main senior officer.
