(1) The Dean shall be the chief officer working full-time in the Faculty.

(2) The Dean shall be appointed by the Executive Council.

(3) The term of office of the Dean shall be four years.

(4) The work, duties and rights of the dean shall be as prescribed.

(5) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the dean shall be as prescribed.
