(1) The Prime Minister shall be the Chancellor of the University.

(2) The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and in his presence, he shall take the seat of the President at the convocation ceremony of the University.

(3) The Vice-Chancellor shall have the right to inspect or investigate any subject or matter related to the University or the University.
