(1) The Minister of Education, Science and Technology or the Minister of State shall be the Vice-Chancellor of the University.
(2) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the convocation ceremony of the University (3) The Vice-Chancellor may inspect the University and give instructions as per the need.
