Section 7
The commission cannot raise questions on the use of discretionary powers
The Commission shall not take any action under this Act regarding any action or decision taken by an officer using his discretionary powers. However, nothing written in this section shall prevent the Commission from taking action in this regard if it is found that the exercise of such discretionary right has been used in a malicious or arbitrary manner.
