Section 84
The date should be fixed in a manner that is convenient for the parties
(1) When setting a date for any purpose in a case, it should be set considering the convenience of the parties to the case and whether or not the assigned work can be done.
(2) When fixing the date according to sub-section (1), it should be fixed according to the schedule set in relation to the proceedings of the case.
