(1) If it is found that the procedure has been met while selecting the applications submitted as per Rule 13, the Commission shall issue the admit card to the concerned candidate.
(2) The Commission shall not normally approve any application subject to conditions.
(3) If the advertisement or examination is canceled or the candidate's application is rejected according to this regulation, the examination fee submitted by the candidate will be returned. However, if the application is canceled according to rule 26, the examination fee will not be refunded.
