Section 54
Transfer and reconsideration of cases
As many cases pending in any court or court other than the Supreme Court on the following matters up to the date of commencement of this section shall be transferred to the designated court after the commencement of this section and shall be dealt with and disposed of by that court:-
(a) Mohyani Haqko Tero Mero,
(b) acquisition or disposal of Mohiani rights,
(c) genetic,
(d) Regarding the land enjoyed in the name of others,
(e) transactions in which farmers and agricultural laborers are debtors, and
(f) Other issues arising out of the above issues.
