(1) If the concerned body wants to study, examine, test or analyze the pollution or waste that is or may be emitted from any industrial plant, factory, device, vehicle etc. A sample of pollution or waste emitted from the equipment shall be allowed to be collected.
(2) According to sub-section (1), other provisions related to sample collection, study, examination, testing or analysis shall be as prescribed.
