: (1) The contractor shall provide, install and weigh the necessary equipment for weighing the petroleum produced and sold or spent from the contract area. If it is necessary or appropriate to replace or repair such equipment, the contractor will notify the department.
(2) The Government of Nepal may at any time inspect or cause to be inspected the work of measuring petroleum or the equipment used for the same at its own expense and risk by itself or by a qualified expert chosen by it.
