Technical candidates who are working in civil service can get regular commission in the rank and pay scale according to the rules and regulations selected by the recruitment committee for army technical service. Must be able to work within the age limit of 10 years. Those who retire before reaching the age limit of ten years will not be considered under any circumstances.
