Rule 46
Can inspect

(1) Regarding whether the responsibilities have been fulfilled as specified by the Commission, the Commission may conduct an inspection according to the requirements of the relevant body.
(2) During the inspection according to sub-rule (1), if it appears that the commission has not acted in accordance with the assigned responsibility, it may recommend the relevant staff to the ministry for departmental action.
