(1) The inspector may inspect any public place within his jurisdiction regarding whether or not someone smokes or consumes tobacco in a public place contrary to this Act or whether the producer or manager has completed the things required to be done in accordance with this Act.
(2) During the inspection according to sub-section (1), if it is found that someone has smoked or consumed tobacco in a public place or the producer or manager has not completed the things required to be done in accordance with this Act, the inspector shall prohibit smoking or tobacco consumption in such place or do the things required to be done in accordance with this Act. Can give instructions or draw attention to the related producer or manager to complete.
(3) According to sub-section (2) it shall be the duty of the concerned producer or manager to comply with the instructions given and attention drawn by the inspector.
