(1) The Attorney General or the officer designated by him shall prepare an annual report of the inspection conducted in accordance with Section 42 and make it available to the Ministry, the concerned provincial government and the department.
(2) Based on the report received in accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant ministry or department of the ministry or state government may issue necessary instructions to the relevant prison office.
(3) Subsection (1). It will be the responsibility of the relevant agency and prison administrator to implement the suggestions mentioned in the report and the instructions as per sub-section (2).
