(1) Officials of constitutional bodies will receive an additional twenty-five percent of their daily allowance as leader's allowance when they go abroad as the leader of a delegation.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), no leader allowance shall be given when a one-member delegation goes, except in cases specified by the Government of Nepal.
