Article 82
Operation of Government of Nepal

(1) According to the regulations approved by the Government of Nepal, the work of the Government of Nepal will be divided and the work will be carried out.
(2) The question whether the regulations under sub-section (1) have been complied with or not cannot be raised in any court.
