(1) There shall be a separate fund of Nepal Scouts and the funds shall consist of the following funds:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,

(b) funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies,

( c) money provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization,

(d) money received from membership fees, and

(e) Money received from any other source.

(2) According to clause (b) of sub-section (1), when Nepal Scout receives any money, the approval of the Government of Nepal shall be obtained.

(3) The amount remaining in the fund of Nepal Scout shall be opened and deposited in a bank account within Nepal and the operation of the account shall be as prescribed. .
