(1) Nepal Scout will be established to participate in the development work of the country by making the children and young people of Nepal participate in scouts more and more, develop them physically, mentally and intellectually and make them disciplined and self-reliant.

< p>(2) Nepal Scout established before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with this Act.

(3) The central office of Nepal Scout shall be in Kathmandu Valley. Scout will be able to open offices within Nepal as required.
