Rule 138
Dismissal or Dismissal
(1) Section 16 of the Act. In the case of clause (b), (c), (d), (f) or (g) of subsection (5), the teacher will be removed from the job.
(2) A teacher shall be dismissed from employment in the following circumstances, disqualifying him/her for future educational employment:-
(a) If convicted by a court on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(A1) Applying for permanent resident permit (b) In case of corruption.
