(1) According to the law, a rural municipality or municipality shall have a three-member judicial committee under the coordination of the vice president in each rural municipality and the deputy chief in each municipality to resolve disputes within its jurisdiction.
(2) The judicial committee under sub-section (1) shall consist of two members elected from among themselves by the village assembly or city assembly.
