: (1) If a permit is requested according to section 4, the management body will request consultation with recommendations from the scientific body in this regard.
(2) If there is a demand for consultation with recommendations according to sub-section (1), the scientific body will study the matter and recommend the management body to grant such a permit if it is convinced that the existence of rare or endangered species of wild animals or plants in Nepal will not be adversely affected by granting such a permit.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the procedure to be adopted when the scientific body makes a recommendation shall be as prescribed.
