Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Act,-

(a) “Nepal Scout” shall mean the Nepal Scout established under section 3.

( b) "National Council" means the National Council as per section 7. (c) "National Executive Committee" means the National Executive Committee as per section 10. (d) "Advisory Council" means the advisors as per section 13 (e) "Chief Scout" means the Chief Scout as per Section 15. (f) "Chief Commissioner" means the Chief Commissioner as per Section 16.

(G) “Joint Chief Commissioner” shall mean the Joint Chief Commissioner as per Section 17.

(H) “Commissioner” shall mean the Commissioner as per Section 18.

(j1) "Member of Nepal Scout" shall mean a member as per section 18.

(i) "Secretary" shall mean the National Secretary of Nepal Scout.

(j) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
