(1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(B) Funds received as support from any person or association, organization,
(c) Funds received from foreign governments, international organizations, organizations or individuals,
(d) amount received on granting or renewing membership of youth-related associations, organizations,
(e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (c) of sub-section (2), the Council shall take the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the council shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(5) The entire amount remaining in the fund of the Council shall be opened and deposited in a commercial bank designated by the Council.
(6) The operation of the fund of the Council shall be as prescribed.
