: To prepare competent citizens for building a developed country by protecting and promoting the rights and interests of the youth, and to empower the youth and to involve them in the mainstream of national development as needed from policy formulation to the implementation level. In accordance with Article 83 of the Constitution, 2063, the Constituent Assembly has made this Act as the legislature-Parliament.
