(1) There will be an executive committee to act as the executive body of the council.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Vice-Chairman – Chairman
(b) Joint secretary-member looking after the youth program of the ministry appointed by the ministry (c) Four members nominated by the Council, including at least two women from among the members of the Council. (d) The most senior employee of the Council – Member Secretary
(3) The term of office of the member as per clause (c) of sub-section (2) shall be for the period as long as the member of the Council remains.
