(1) The meeting of the Council shall be held as required. But the gap between the two meetings will not normally exceed three months.
(2) The meeting of the Council will be held on the date, time and place specified by the Vice President under the direction of the President.
(3) At least forty-eight hours prior to the meeting of the Council, the member-secretary of the Council will give the information to the members along with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the council immediately, the quorum for the meeting of the council will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the vice-chairman.
(6) In the meeting of the Council, the majority vote shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the Council shall be certified by the Vice President.
(8) If the council deems it necessary, it may invite any expert or officer related to the work of the council to participate in the meeting of the council as an observer.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as determined by the Council itself.
