(1) Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 3, 8 and 10, the provisions of this Act shall not be applicable when the sealed box (consignment) of endangered wildlife or flora or specimen is transported from another country to the territory of Nepal and transported to a third country.
(2) The sealed box as per sub-section (1) shall be under the supervision of the scientific body or the relevant quarantine officer during its stay in Nepal.
