Rule 132
Provisions relating to complaints and hearings

(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 105 of the Act, even if the employee informs the head of the department regarding the objections and complaints, if there is no hearing and the situation is to be brought before the committee, a written application must be submitted to the committee after one month from the date of informing the head of the department.
(2) When submitting an application in accordance with sub-rule (1), a clear statement of objections and complaints, expected treatment from the head of the department and related legal provisions should also be disclosed.
(3) In relation to the comments and complaints received according to sub-rules (1) and (2), the committee shall make necessary selections and decide the related matter within one month from the date of receipt of the petition and give the information to the concerned staff.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the decision made by the committee regarding the settlement of objections and complaints shall be final and the relevant officer shall be responsible for its implementation.
