: (1) If the license is revoked according to sub-section (2) of section 5, the concerned company may appeal to the secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the notice of the cancellation of the license.
(2) In case of an appeal as per sub-section (1), the concerned secretary shall make a decision regarding the appeal within three months from the date of the appeal and such decision shall be final.
