(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 10, the health institution or physician who is not satisfied with the order given by the committee may appeal to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health within thirty-five days from the date of such order.
(2) The decision given by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health in relation to the appeal filed under sub-section (1) shall be final.
