Rule 80B
Points of the geographical area to be given in case of reinstatement
If a civil servant retires from the civil service and works after being reinstated, while giving points for working in the geographical area of the year of retirement, Section 24C of the Act. According to sub-section (4) of the geographical area of the category from which he retired, the points of the geographical area of the same category will be given. But for the rest of the period, “D” category geographical area marks will be given.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
