Section 28
Reports and Notifications
: (1) The contractor shall keep the department regularly and fully informed about all activities related to petroleum. The contractor shall give prior notice to the department of each scheduled petroleum work. The Government of Nepal shall have the right to supervise all petroleum operations at its own expense and risk. The contractor will arrange local transport and accommodation for the representatives of the Government of Nepal as per the mutually agreed conditions.
(2) Within thirty (30) days after the end of each quarterly period, the contractor shall submit to the department a report of the petroleum works carried out during that quarter and a statement of petroleum expenditure and within ninety (90) days of the end of each year, a report of all petroleum works carried out in that year and a statement of petroleum expenditure. Such quarterly and annual reports should contain all the information as specified by the department.
(3) The contractor shall provide the reports, data and information and their analysis and analysis to the department at the prescribed time according to the rules or this agreement.
