Article 184
Address from the Head of State

(1) The head of the state may address the meeting of the state assembly and call for the presence of the members for that purpose.
(2) The Head of the Province shall address the meeting of the Provincial Assembly after the first session after the election for the Provincial Assembly and after the commencement of the first session of each year.
