Article 244
Provisions relating to State Public Service Commission

(1) There will be a Provincial Public Service Commission in each province.
(2) The formation, work, duties and powers of the Provincial Public Service Commission shall be in accordance with the Provincial Law (3) For the purposes of sub-section (2), the Federal Parliament shall enact laws and determine the basis and criteria.
