All types of revenue received by the provincial government except Guthi amount, all loans taken as security of revenue, all money received during the recovery of any loan given under the authority of the Provincial Act and grant and loan amount received from the Government of Nepal and any other provision by the Provincial Act If not, the income will be tied up in a province government fund which will be called the province reserve fund.
