(1) The head of the state shall call the session of the state assembly within twenty days from the date of the announcement of the final result of the election for the state assembly. After that, according to this constitution, the head of state will call other sessions from time to time. But the period between the end of one session and the beginning of another session shall not exceed six months.
(2) The head of the state can end the session of the state assembly.
(3) The head of the state shall fix the date and time of holding such a session or meeting if one-fourth of the total number of members of the state assembly make a written request that it is desirable to call a session or meeting in case the session of the state assembly is not in progress or the meeting is adjourned. The session of the provincial assembly will start or the meeting will be held on the date and time specified in that manner.
