Article 130
Service conditions and facilities of Chief Justice and Judges

(1) The Chief Justice and the Supreme Court Judge shall receive a pension in accordance with the federal law if they resign after serving for at least five years or if they are compulsorily retired or if they die.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this Constitution, the remuneration and other conditions of service of the Chief Justice and Supreme Court Judges shall be in accordance with federal law.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1) and (2), a Chief Justice or a judge of the Supreme Court who has been removed from office by impeachment or convicted by a court of a criminal offense of moral turpitude shall not receive gratuity or pension.
(4) The remuneration and other conditions of service shall not be changed to the detriment of the Chief Justice or the Judge of the Supreme Court. But this arrangement will not be applicable in case of declaration of state of crisis due to extreme economic crisis.
