Section 21
Provisions relating to certificates

(1) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with section 20, if it is deemed appropriate to issue a certificate of conciliator to the applicant, the council shall issue a certificate in the prescribed format.
(2) The certificate given in accordance with sub-section (1) shall remain valid for three years and such certificate may be renewed as prescribed.
(3) If he does not have the qualifications required to be a conciliator as per Section 22 or if he commits fraud or fraud while performing the work, the council will cancel the conciliator's certificate after completing the prescribed procedure.
(4) The certificate of conciliator obtained in accordance with the prevailing law before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been obtained in accordance with this Act.
