Not to sell, distribute or lease: According to this Act- “Purchased in accordance with the notified order issued: land-related industry, establishment, company, project, educational institution or any other organization to sell, distribute or transfer any kind to anyone Not allowed to do or speculate. (1) If such industry, establishment, company or organization is dissolved due to any reason, if it goes into liquidation, it shall not be considered as a hindrance to the sale and distribution of such industry, establishment, company or organization under this Act under the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Notified by the Government of Nepal. Transfer of agricultural farm, industry, establishment, company or institution established on the land within the limits set by the order to another place: If the application showing reasonable and sufficient reasons for the need to be done, the land occupied by such agricultural farm, industry, establishment, company or organization shall be subject to this law and be leased to another place in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the Government of Nepal. .
